How Hosted Works
Having a hosted system from Simplii means that we buy the expensive high end phone system and give you all the features and functions of that system at an affordable price.
We maintain all the servers, phones, switches, etc. in our all-inclusive package and charge you a Simplii monthly fee. This fee is normally about the same or less than what you pay to your telephone company and Internet company for Voice and Data services.
We provide our service across a high speed internet connection from one of our carriers that we have tested and setup special arrangements with to provide you unsurpassed quality. By connecting directly to these provides we can provide a quality of service that other hosted providers can’t deliver. Our providers are Qwest, Veracity, Integra, Utopia, Comcast, 1st Digital, xo.
E911 Standard
Very few companies can offer this to their customers and is required in some states. E911 allows you to change your address on the phone, so when you dial 911 it sends the police to where you are vs. just your company’s address.
We have better voice quality
By connecting directly to these carriers we are often providing you service across their network vs. the general internet. In some cases we can provide quality of service on connections that can’t be provided by other carriers. Thus improving you voice quality!
We provide you the phones
Unlike most other hosted companies, we include all the hardware, which saves you hundreds from having to buy expensive phones and switches. If a phone breaks with us, it is replaced the same day, if you purchased the phone you would have to send it in for repair which could take weeks.
We give you local numbers
You get to keep the numbers that you currently have, and we also provide you with local numbers with the area code and prefix that you are trying to advertise in.
