1We only use the best equipment – Cisco Equipment, throughout our solution from the phones to the switches, to the protocol that the phones use (SCCP).
2Because we use the SCCP (ratified cisco standard) protocol, our solution is more stable than our competition. It uses less bandwidth and has better phone interactivity and feature set.
3We are not a “Plug-and-Pray” technology. We actually come onsite and setup the solution, we diagnose the network, replace your basic switch with a high end cisco switch, setup VLANS if necessary, help with cabling issues if necessary, and actually make sure that the solution will work and work properly.
4We minimize downtime in the transition. Installations start at our office and we completely test and setup the whole solution, when we come onsite we set everything up in tandem with your current system, we will provided pre-training if desired, our porting of numbers takes seconds and we completely test all the numbers to make sure everything has ported correctly and is setup exactly how you want it.
5We provide lifetime training, unlike our competitors that want to point you to a website to learn how to operate your new system, we have people help you learn at no additionally cost, as often as you’d like us to come out. OUR motto is that if you don’t know how to use your technology then why have it!
6All Software updates are included in our low monthly fee. Any new feature update is automatically setup and features will be you will be notified of the features and how to use them, take advantage of our lifetime training if you need hands on help.
7Warranty – Our warranty isn’t to ship your phone back and hope things get replaced. We completely take care of any warranty items, replacing any and all non-functioning items, no questions asked. Sometimes problems aren’t related to the equipment and we will help you locate what the problem is and help you fix it.
8Were don’t sell you the phones. Phones like computers in a couple years are outdated and worth a fraction of what you paid for them. You don’t have to buy the phones with our solution. Our competitors sell you their phones, if the solution ends up not working for you, you still paid for the phones. They aren’t out anything, but you own a bunch of phones. Their risk is nothing, you take on all the risk. In our solution you never pay for the phones. We have never had a solution not work to date, but in the unlikely event that it did happen then you are not out thousands of dollars on equipment that was best for our solution and maybe not the next.
9Features. Our competitors like to sell you into a basic package and try and upgrade you to a feature set that they really know you truly need. We give you all the features from the beginning that would be in our competitors most expensive package. We don’t play games with you and we try hard to help small businesses use all of the features that a big business would normally have, such as conference bridge, e-fax, direct numbers. etc.
10Lines. We give 6x the lines our competitors offer, your customers will never get a busy signal with our service.
11Service. Once we get to our servers at the central office, we use traditional voice service not VOIP. We provide a much better call quality experience because we do everything possible to ensure that your phone has the best possible call quality available. Not the least expensive option.
